“My favourite restaurant ever!!! We came for an end of Uni celebration and everything came out red hot and absolutely delicious. The service is so quick and our waitress Miracle, was fantastic, very attentive and always made sure everyone was happy. Thank you so much.”

“This gem of a restaurant needs to be protected at all costs! The food was simply divine. The sushi is in my opinion, one of my top two all time favourite, freshest most delicious plate of fish i have ever eaten! However having said that... the dumplings were absolutely divine handmade parcels of heaven especially the sui mai, while our main courses of Taiwanese pork rice and the angry chicken stir fry were just pure flavour bombs. I mean me and my husband were stuffed with the generous portion sizes! But we couldn't stop eating and the food coma after was again in my opinion definitely worth it! The staff were so lovely and attentive. Even when I made a total fool of myself and knocked my drink off the table, they would not let me help tidy and my drink was promptly replaced at no charge! I mean that was just the kindest touch from them. Also I totally understand why the ginger ichiban is their number 1 mocktail for a reason. Lastly what is truly appreciated abour this restaurant (including the owners, staff and chefs(with our deepest compliments to them) is the variety of the menu. It's not just the standard fair and really brings to light asian cuisine and the delicacies from each country. As much as its loved.. asian food is not only salt and pepper chicken. As eatingwithtod says.. if you can't take a date take a mate! You don't want to miss out.”

“A truly beautiful restaurant, fabulous & friendly service and the most delicious, well presented food and coffees. Staff are so incredibly friendly-from being greeted at the door by a very polite and welcoming gentleman, to the wonderfully friendly serving and bar staff on the floor. Food was delicious, hot and beautiful and service time was great. I have returned to this wonderful and unique, well run establishment for both coffee and food and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The variety is plentiful and very accommodating for all dietary requirements. I'd highly recommend even popping in for a morning or afternoon Coffee- the parmaviolet latte is truly delicious. I will definitely and happily be a regular guest at Tayu.”
